Week 1

Introduction to Kundalini Yoga - What is Kundalini yoga? How does it work, and how can it help me create more vitality in my life? 

Week 2

Sound & Mantra - Learn about the science of Naad Yoga, including how and why chanting mantra works to expand our awareness and electromagnetic field. 

Week 3 

Pranayama (Breathwork) - Learn powerful signature breath practices common to Kundalini yoga that serve to strengthen our nervous system and expand lung capacity, as well as several pranayama exercises you can use for stress relief and to develop energy in your daily life. 

Week 4 

Kriya - Learn how physical postures and asana integrate into Kundalini yoga and the flow of prana throughout our bodies. We’ll practice and breathe together, and you’ll walk away with a few kriyas you can do at home!

Week 5 

Integration & Sadhana - Continuing to build on what we’ve learned together, we’ll talk about how you can build a powerful daily practice at home, incorporating practices that speak to your own desires for personal, physical, and spiritual development.
