This series is NOT about Buddhism, it IS about “Wakeupism,” as my teacher calls it. Wakeupism is the practice that leads one to “wake up.” A kind of wisdom that is brought on by very precise meditation practices that “wake” you up to new realities. A state of mind that actually create new ways for you to experience your mind, your body and the world around you. That is what Buddhism is about!
We will look into the great ideas of Buddhism, cover the highlights of the major points of the practice of Compassion and Wisdom, dive deeper into concepts such as Buddhist Refuge, Applied Meditation, The Three Jewels, Bodhichitta, Karma, Emptiness, and Enlightenment, as well explore concepts of past and future lives, bardo state, rebirth and the Five Realms Existence, Nirvana, Bodhisattva ideals and much more.
If you cannot make it live (or wish to revisit the material), a recording will be made available about 48 hours after the session. Live attendance is preferred on Mind Oasis and is part of what we call our special sauce!
