In this six-week morning meditation series, we will explore the significance of ritual and routine in cultivating a spiritual practice. Drawing from the wisdom of Tibetan Buddhism, we will learn fundamental practices that help us create a sacred container for our spiritual lives. Each class will include a Dharma talk, movement, and meditation practices to awaken our bodies, hearts, and minds for the benefit of the world around us.
