Join yogini, Allison Joy, movement specialist, Joseph Schwartz, MO Founder, Karuna, and many guest teachers for the first annual Mind Oasis Yoga Immersion and Teacher Training: Union! Allison Joy will direct the yoga teacher training, Joseph will provide foundational support for exceptional movement integration, and Karuna will teach Buddhist philosophy to complement the yogic principles brought to life via various guest teachers.
With two tracks available, you can design your own MOgi experience!
Track One: An immersion experience. If you have an interest in yoga asana, yogic and Buddhist philosophy, and connecting your body and mind to spirit, this track is for you! You’ll be a certified MOgi upon completion of the program.
Track Two: A teacher training program. If you would like to learn how to not just teach others guided asana and yogic philosophy, but would also like to become a part of the Mind Oasis yoga team in 2021 and beyond, this track is for you! We are looking to expand our offerings into the yogic realm and graduates (MOgis) will be the first considered! You’ll be a certified MOgi Yoga Teacher (200 hour) upon completion of the program.
