Classes will include meditation, contemplation, journaling and discussion. An ideal series for yoga and meditation teachers.

Enjoy five classes throughout the month (45 mins).  Designed to encourage your teacher's heart.  Gain inspiration, new ideas, share struggles, and enjoy the camaraderie of a kind-hearted community of instructors.  A wonderful networking opportunity with friends, old and new.
