8-Classes
1 Opening to Desire, Defining Purpose, and Dropping Preconceptions
In this class we learn how to drop our preconceptions about art, and about our own mental, physical, and spiritual abilities. We learn to work with desire instead of against it, defining what it is we really want to do. We see what is really there behind the curtain of our unconscious minds. This class includes lecture, art-as-meditation practice, and Q and A.

2 Thought Sense vs. Felt Sense
In this class we will explore how we can differentiate between the thought sense and the felt senses. We learn how to let go of our thinking mind and use our felt senses to access the intuitive mind and get into Flow. We will go over the physical, mental, and spiritual requirements for making space for genuine creative expression. This class includes lecture, art-as-meditation practice, and Q and A.

3 All About Creative Flow
In this class we will learn how to easily get into our creative Flow. We will explore ‘beingness’ and its effects on the creative process as well as the result of that process. This class includes lecture, art-as-meditation practice, and Q and A.

4 Turning Resistance and Fear into Energy for the Creative Process
This class focuses on how we can learn to see, and then transform our fears and resistances (a.k.a. procrastination) into creative energy, making our art process even more powerful. This class includes lecture, art-as-meditation practice, and Q and A.

5 Working with Emotions in the Creative Process
This class focuses on how we can learn to work with emotions within the creative process. Instead of being victims of our emotions, we gain power over them, transforming them into fuel for our process. This class includes lecture, art-as-meditation practice, and Q and A.

6 The Calendar – Making It All Happen
In this class we learn new skills for applying our creative process to real life goals. This class includes lecture, art-as-meditation practice, and Q and A.

7 Love and Compassion in the Creative Process
In this class we will go over how we can incorporate love and compassion in our art process, and why they are essential for making art. This class includes lecture, art-as-meditation practice, and Q and A.

8 The Art of Breaking Rules
In this class we will discuss social rules, and how most of us unconsciously abide by them, for better or worse. We will learn what our own social rules are, and how we can change them if we desire. We can then shed undesirable habits and illuminate even more creative possibilities. This class includes lecture, art-as-meditation practice, and Q and A.
