It is now known that the “gut” plays significant roles on many aspects of our health both physically and mentally. In this class we will discuss issues from indigestion to immune system to anxiety.

About Elizabete

Elizabete Gomes started studying yoga when was she was 18, that’s forty years of crafting the art, science and the beauty of yoga (she is a certified yoga teacher). Her meditation practice expands over twenty years (she has completed advanced studies in Tibetan Buddhism and meditation practices). Her training and expertise in health, medicine and nutrition deserves merit and acknowledgment (she is a doctor of Oriental Medicine and a Certified Applied Clinical Nutritionist).
