Let’s be honest: the noise in our minds is often deafening, especially when we're trying to make it quiet.

Each week we will explore various meditations and learn to apply antidotes to distraction and dullness, the 2 great enemies of meditation.

We will learn how to use our time well on the cushion.

This is a workshop for beginners and advanced meditators. Every level of meditator has some form of noise until they reach the final goal of shamata.

If you cannot make it live (or wish to revisit the material), a recording will be made available about 48 hours after the session. Live attendance is preferred on Mind Oasis and is part of what we call our special sauce!
