In this morning meditation series, we will explore a collection of Buddhist teachings known as the Six Paramitas, or six transcendent actions that lead us beyond suffering. These are six ways of being in the world with an open mind and an awakened heart. As we enter the final months of 2022, will let generosity, kindness, patience, joy, meditation, and wisdom be a source of inspiration and our guide to loving deeply and living fully.  Each class will include Buddhist philosophy, guided and silent meditation, and an opportunity for connection and meaningful conversation. 

If you cannot make it live (or wish to revisit the material), a recording will be made available about 48 hours after the session. Live attendance is preferred on Mind Oasis and is part of what we call our special sauce!
