As communal spaces are becoming less available during this global pandemic, it is important to have a place to connect. There is a high level of uncertainty and fear all around us, and though social distancing is what is necessary for the time being, it doesn’t mean our practices have to disappear. Connecting to community in whatever way we can feels important and essential for our mental well-being. Join Brooke Binstock in a 6 week series where she will explore the art of practicing yoga during uncertain times. She will weave together yoga philosophy, practical breathwork tools, and journaling exercises for contemplation. This series will include elements of gentle hatha yoga, discussion, and self-inquiry. Drawing on the wisdom of Pema Chodron, Matt Licata and Ekhart Yoga, she’ll hold space for you with compassion. Brooke has been teaching yoga for over a decade in Austin and is excited to connect to people in a more wide-reaching forum.
If you miss a session - they're recorded and available within 48 hours.
